Limit radius
The Limit radius configuration allows you to restrict how far deliveries can travel from the pickup location.
By setting a maximum delivery radius, you can prevent long-distance deliveries that fall outside your preferred service area. Distance is calculated using ground distance traveled, based on the road network and routing, rather than straight-line (bird’s-eye) distance between pickup and drop-off.
Example
If the maximum delivery radius is set to 10 miles, any delivery with a dropoff location more than 10 miles away from the pickup will not be allowed.
Price ceiling
By setting a Price ceiling amount, you can hide all delivery options when the quote exceeds your set price.
Multi-quote
When Multi-Quote is enabled, Burq will request and display delivery quotes from multiple delivery providers during the delivery creation process.
This allows you to compare pricing and availability before selecting a provider.
Upsell
Upsell configuration allows you to add a markup to delivery prices for your business. This lets you charge your customers more than the provider’s base delivery cost while keeping your actual delivery cost unchanged.
You can apply the markup as either a fixed amount or a percentage of the delivery cost.
Subsidize
Subsidize configuration allows you to reduce the delivery price for your customers by applying a discount to the provider’s base delivery cost. This helps make deliveries more affordable without affecting the amount you pay the delivery provider.
You can apply the subsidy as either a fixed amount or a percentage of the delivery cost.
Include Burq fee
This setting controls whether the Burq fee is included in the delivery prices shown in quotes.
Enabled: Burq fee is included in the quoted delivery prices
Disabled: Burq fee is excluded from the quoted delivery prices
