Branding

Control how your business appears on the customer-facing delivery tracking page.

Introduction

The Branding page lets you control how your business appears on the customer-facing delivery tracking page. You can upload images, set a brand color, customize your display name, and configure options like Privacy Mode and chat.

To access Branding, navigate to Workflows → Branding in the dashboard.

Settings

Business Name

The name displayed to customers prominently on the tracking page.

Icon

A small representation of your logo, shown as a favicon on the tracking page. It must be square and at least 16×16px. Maximum file size: 512KB. Accepted formats: PNG, JPEG, ICO.

Logo

The full-sized version of your logo, displayed next to your business name on the tracking page. Maximum file size: 512KB. Accepted formats: PNG, JPEG, ICO.

Promotional Banner

A banner image shown at the bottom of the tracking page. Recommended size: 1200×400px. Maximum file size: 512KB. Accepted formats: PNG, JPEG, ICO.

Brand Color

The primary color used throughout the tracking page. Click the color swatch to open the color picker, or enter a hex code directly.

Privacy Mode

When enabled, pickup and dropoff contacts each receive a separate tracking link that hides the other party's personal information. See Delivery Tracking - Privacy Mode for full details.

Burq Chat

When enabled, a Burq-powered chat widget appears on the tracking page so customers can communicate about their delivery.

Custom Chat Snippet

If you use your own chat provider, paste a custom code snippet here to embed it on the tracking page. Contact Burq Support at [email protected] for help with this integration.

Saving Changes

Click Save Changes after making any updates. Changes apply to all orders going forward.
